There is probably NOTHING more common and yet more frustrating than putting something in your basket
(perhaps again and again), then going to View Cart only to find it empty (unless its being
unable to complete a personalized bookplate order! )
Cookies are blocked on your browser.
Cookies are needed to view the basket contents.
They can be set at different levels.
You should be able to view the contents
of your basket if your Internet Privacy
Protection is set on High, but if your
browser is set to Block All Cookies, your basket will always appear empty!
You may have to check with your techie guru but you should
also be able to go to Settings/Web Options or
Tools/Internet Options/Privacy or Cookie Manager
in your browser, to see what the Cookie setting is.

Cookie Manager for individual sites. If all else fails, e-mail us!
We do NOT use information collected in cookies for anything, for two good reasons.
First, (and the main reason) we do not want to do unto your privacy what we
don't want done unto our own. Second, even if we fancied ourselves to be
suave marketing experts, we do not have the foggiest notion how to get
info out of cookies, let alone what could be done with said info. But
we do know that without your cookies, our website can't tell what is in your basket.
